Aapka parcel open allowed hai 😊
Bas kuch chhoti si guzarish hai:

📦 Kripya courier ke samne hi parcel open karein.
🎥 Agar possible ho to short video record kar lein (seal aur opening clear ho).
💰 Order receive karte waqt (TCS / Leopards / ya kisi bhi courier se) payment zaroor karein.
Agar kisi wajah se aapka return ya exchange hota hai, to aapki payment 2 din ke andar refund kar di jayegi.
❌ Video ke bagair agar parcel open kiya gaya to claim / exchange / return process nahi ho payega.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at collectionsari796@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return & Exchange Policy


We want your shopping experience with us to be smooth and satisfying.


  • Exchange Available:
    If you face any issue with the size or design, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Conditions:
    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
    • Sale or heavily discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Process:
    To request an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email.
    Delivery charges for exchange will be borne by the customer (except in case of our mistake, where we will cover the cost).
  • No Cash Refund:
    We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available only


Return & Exchange Policy – Sari Collection



Hum apne customers ki satisfaction ko sabse ziada importance dete hain. Agar aapko apna order pasand nahi aata ya koi masla hai to aap is policy ke zariye return ya exchange karwa sakti hain.



1. Return/Exchange ke liye shartain



  • Order receive hone ke 3 din ke andar humein inform karna zaroori hai.
  • Product use hua hua, damaged ya altered na ho.
  • Product original packing aur tags ke sath ho.




2. Non-Returnable Items



  • Sale items ya discounted articles wapas nahi kiye jayenge.
  • Customized/stitched orders return nahi honge.




3. Exchange Process



  • Exchange sirf same value ya higher value article ke sath hoga (difference customer ko pay karna hoga).
  • Delivery charges dobara customer ko dene honge.




4. Refund Policy



  • Abhi cash refund available nahi hai.
  • Sirf exchange ya store credit diya jayega jo future shopping me use ho sakta hai.




5. Delivery Charges



  • Return/Exchange ke liye courier charges customer ke zimay honge.
  • Agar galti hamari taraf se ho (wrong item/defective piece) to courier charges hum bear karenge.
